💼 About This Role

You'll run end-to-end sourcing operations across data center hardware categories at Anthropic, working with suppliers and internal teams to deliver compute, networking, and mechanical components. You'll be the operations owner ensuring the right hardware lands on time and on terms, optimizing lead time and cost. This role builds Claude-powered workflows to automate benchmarking and contract analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end sourcing across compute, networking, racks, mechanical, cabling categories
• Own supplier scorecards, capacity planning, and quarterly business reviews
• Negotiate commercial terms and align with deployment plans
• Triage supplier issues and drive trade-off decisions with engineering and finance
• Build Claude-powered workflows for benchmarking, RFx, contract analysis, and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Track record across multiple hardware categories rather than depth in one
• Operationally rigorous: comfortable owning supplier performance and fulfillment escalations
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years sourcing data center hardware at scale
• Experience with data center hardware infrastructure (compute, networking, racks, cabling, CDUs)
