💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement control algorithms for Agility's humanoid robot Digit, enhancing whole-body manipulation and autonomy. You'll solve real-world robot coordination problems and bring cutting-edge research to production in warehouse and manufacturing deployments. Whole-body manipulation algorithms and real-time control systems will be your core focus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Solve whole-body robot coordination problems for robust manipulation
• Design and implement high-performance real-time control algorithms
• Develop simulation and hardware experiments, perform failure analysis
• Collaborate with autonomy, AI, and validation teams on production skills

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of robotics control experience (research/industry)
• Experience with optimal control, MPC, or state estimation
• Strong software skills in modern C++ and Python
• MS/PhD in robotics, CS, or equivalent industry experience
