💼 About This Role

You'll lead the transformation of DigitalOcean's revenue engine through scalable systems, data, and AI, owning end-to-end RevOps systems and analytics spanning CRM, sales engagement, and AI platforms. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to design a modern, AI-powered revenue operations function that drives efficiency, visibility, and growth. This role combines hands-on execution, team leadership, and architectural ownership of the revenue tech stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve RevOps tech stack architecture (Salesforce, Gong, Groove, Clay)
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of revenue lifecycle systems
• Drive standardization across workflows, data models, and system design
• Develop and execute the RevOps GenAI roadmap for sales and marketing AI use cases

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems leadership
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and RevOps tech stack architecture
• Proven experience implementing tools such as Gong, Groove, Clay, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience applying AI/GenAI in revenue workflows
