You'll develop robot user workflows for wheeled robotic platforms across federal and commercial programs. You'll own deployment, integration, and ongoing performance in the field, ensuring autonomous systems operate reliably in demanding environments. This role combines hands-on engineering with customer collaboration to drive mission-critical adoption.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain ROS/ROS2 packages for robotic autonomy
- Integrate and calibrate multi-modal sensors (LiDAR, thermal, GPS)
- Implement real-time data processing pipelines using C++ and Python
- Design and test autonomous behavior on physical platforms
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Robotics, or related field
- Expertise in C++ and Python
- Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2
- Solid understanding of localization, SLAM, and sensor fusion
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience deploying robotics in construction, mining, or oil & gas
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and web services
- Background in computationally constrained platforms
