💼 About This Role

You'll provide primary care virtually for One Medical patients of all ages through tele-health visits and triage calls. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team and continuously learn during weekly Clinical Rounds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via tele-health visits and video appointments
• Conduct telephonic triage calls and email follow-ups
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/ED experience in the past 5 years
• Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (including every other Saturday or Sunday)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with tele-health platforms
• Ability to work shifts between 6am-12am EST
• Familiarity with evidence-based primary care
