💼 About This Role

You'll build infrastructure that makes every product team faster at Nooks, an applied AI lab creating the Agent Workspace for GTM. Your work will scale systems as we grow from one product to many, powering 100M+ calls per week. This role offers a chance to shape foundational tech decisions for a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build data models, APIs, observability, and CI/CD for the company.
• Ensure capacity, reliability, and cost as we scale multi-product.
• Make foundational technical decisions for data access and cost attribution.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing on hard problems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with depth in distributed systems or databases.
• Production experience scaling systems through real growth.
• Strong opinions about developer experience in fast-moving teams.
• Comfortable being the incident responder others call.
