Description

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry, while also handling grounds upkeep, inventory management, and event setup. Your work ensures the health and safety of our facilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, climb ladders
• Problem-solving skills with minimal oversight
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance on walls, roofs, doors, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and playgrounds
• Grounds upkeep: sweeping, pressure washing, cleaning dumpster enclosures
• Operational support: inventory management, moving/building furniture, installations
• Complete reactive work orders across multiple locations
• Swag/consumables/literature/parts pick up and distribution
