Description

You will lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives in Network Operations, using Lean and Six Sigma to design and implement scalable workflows. You'll own end-to-end program development, from requirements gathering to implementation, driving best-in-class service operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years provider operations experience in a payer setting
• 3+ years experience with data tools like SQL or Google platforms
• 3+ years end-to-end project management experience
• 3+ years experience designing and improving workflows
• 3+ years cross-functional program ownership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and influence organizational behavior change
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive operational improvements
• Partner cross-functionally to support core operational improvements
• Develop and sustain foundational stability and scalability in processes
• Create Business Requirements Documents, process maps, and standard operating procedures
