You will drive store success by upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, inspire the team, and help redefine luxury through every customer interaction.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks (inventory, order fulfillment, merchandising)
• Commitment to adhering to company policies and compliance practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and validate in-store customer experience by training the team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive team performance and engagement to achieve KPIs (OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion, sales)
• Support inventory cycle counts and back-of-house order fulfillment (in-store, phone, BOPIS)
• Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and fixture integrity
• Participate in onboarding new talent and building a positive, engaging work environment
