Description

You will develop and execute channel partnerships to drive seller acquisition for Square's ecosystem, working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and legal teams. This role requires end-to-end partnership management, from business development to launch and optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years technology sector experience
  • 3+ years in partnerships at a technology company
  • Experience with API integrations and/or channel partnerships
  • Proven ability to negotiate, launch, and manage partnerships
  • Experience growing products with partners via incentives and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute holistic partner strategy with Product and GTM teams
  • Own partnerships end-to-end from business development to launch and management
  • Be accountable to KPIs and business objectives each quarter
  • Become expert on Square's products, market landscape, and seller needs
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives internally and externally
