• Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
• Set up and configure laptops, printers, and other hardware devices
• Assist with network connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN
• Track IT inventory, order supplies, and assist with procurement
