๐ผ About This Role
You'll own a focused territory of ~10 large enterprise accounts across the Nordics, driving consumption growth and closing commit deals for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You'll report to the Director of Enterprise Sales, Nordics and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop a successful territory execution strategy
- Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts
- Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in the software industry
- Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Business fluency in English and a Nordic language
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with MEDDPICC
- Experience in open source, data platform, or AI/ML Infra
- Bachelor's Degree
