You'll lead commercial scaling of innovative solutions across the utility-scale renewable energy market, proactively sourcing high-quality counterparties and providing market insight. Your core impact is owning relationships from first outreach through handoff, shaping the origination platform with AI-powered tools. This role offers high ownership in a 0→1 environment backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source high-quality counterparties across IPPs, utilities, traders, corporates, and data centers
• Surface market insights through sales feedback loops to inform product and strategy
• Execute sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the funnel to close
• Partner with engineering to translate market dynamics into scalable workflows and AI tools

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building surety portfolios in renewable energy
• Proven sales track record and strong industry network
• P&C producer license or willingness to obtain it
• Builder mentality with experience in 0→1 environments
