🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and supervise assigned staff, allocate resources, and provide training.
• Develop and implement departmental and citywide strategic plans.
• Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and create presentations and reports.
• Participate in annual budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
• Direct data analysis and reporting using enterprise systems like ISM and Crystal Reports.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in public administration, business administration or related field
• 4 years of experience in analysis of processes or systems
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Smartsheet, PeopleSoft

✨ Nice to Have

• 4 years of experience in environmental programs or solid waste management
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Knowledge of budget management, business planning, and strategic planning
