You will design, build, and ship voice features for Grok across all platforms, collaborating with iOS, Android, and product teams to create seamless, world-class voice experiences. Your work will focus on backend engineering for scalable, low-latency voice infrastructure and model integrations, driving performance and reliability at a global scale.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or Rust, with a strong track record of writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
• Deep interest in voice/audio AI
• Strong generalist engineer with backend focus
• Hands-on experience shipping features on iOS and/or Android
• The ability to work across all product groups and do whatever it takes for best user experience

Responsibilities

• Own backend engineering for scalable, low-latency voice infrastructure and model integrations
• Collaborate directly with Grok Voice model, media, and product teams to deliver end-to-end experiences
• Drive performance, reliability, and quality of voice interactions at global scale
• Move fast across platforms and product groups as a generalist
