You'll lead the MLOps team to build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure for processing multi-terabytes of social media platform data. Your work will directly enable responsible advertising across platforms like YouTube and TikTok by ensuring model reliability in production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Machine Learning Engineers
• Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure for model training and serving
• Establish best practices for ML model lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
• Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in ML Engineering or MLOps
• 1+ years experience leading engineering teams
• Deep expertise in ML model deployment and serving infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures like BERT, ViT

• Experience with ad tech and digital advertising ecosystem
• Experience with multimodal LLM fine-tuning
