As a Senior Technical Designer at ALO, you'll lead garment fit and tailoring, working with base size models and full size runs from Proto to PP. Your technical expertise drives precise fit corrections and global vendor communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a technical design expert
• Degree in fashion or related field
• Experience with sewing and garment patterns
• Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Suite, CLO
• Comprehensive fabric education for knit and woven performance

Responsibilities

• Approve final fit and grading for production
• Lead fittings and fit direction
• Assemble notes with garment adjustments in Adobe Illustrator and PLM
• Lead sewing assembly discussion for garment construction
• Recap fittings with designers during proto review
