🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow multiple agile engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of total software development experience
• 6+ years in people management or technical leadership role
• Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS)
• Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and agile/scrum methodologies

• Practical experience shaping software architecture, tuning performance, and security
• Familiarity with modern web stacks: Node.js, React, TypeScript
• Exposure to serverless patterns and infrastructure-as-code on AWS (CDK)
