• Lead the MCM Europe Data Science Pod of 2-3 scientists.
• Optimize European platform performance via large-scale data analysis.
• Define and refine metric systems for MCM’s value quantification.
• Present complex insights to executive audiences and customer leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in data science or analytics
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with large-scale datasets
• Solid foundation in statistics including experimental design and hypothesis testing
• Experience presenting technical findings to non-technical leadership
