💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a pioneering eVTOL aircraft company scaling to production in 2026. You'll develop strategies across procurement, supplier management, and logistics to ensure cost discipline and on-time delivery. This role partners closely with Engineering, NPI, and Manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and schedules.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing supply chain and procurement team.
• Oversee sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Own supply chain cost structure, including material cost targets and savings initiatives.
• Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading teams in a scaling environment.
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, sourcing, and supplier management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Epicor ERP.
• Familiarity with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Professional certifications CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM.
