Description
You will lead customer retention and expansion for MedisSpend's Commercial Compliance portfolio, owning the post-sale lifecycle and driving measurable value for clients in a regulated environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to reduce churn and improve customer health.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations leadership in SaaS
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
- Strong knowledge of life sciences commercial compliance preferred
- Experience with enterprise pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies
- Demonstrated success improving retention and driving customer expansion
Responsibilities
- Own retention strategy and net revenue retention across Commercial Compliance customer base
- Establish and oversee structured customer health monitoring and mitigation plans
- Lead executive-level engagement for priority and at-risk accounts
- Drive operational improvements to scale and reduce manual processes
- Serve as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts and facilitate roadmap alignment
