💼 About This Role

You'll transport seniors safely to their destinations, creating genuine connections along the way. You'll conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure emergency supplies are stocked. This role offers structured training and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Adhere to an assigned schedule transporting PACE participants.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Assist participants getting in/out of vehicles and wheelchairs.
• Remain alert to changes in participants' condition and update supervisor.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency (or 1 year experience).
• Current valid state driver's license and insurance.
• Driver's license for at least five years with ≤1 moving violation/at-fault accident in last three years.
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and DOT physical exam.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in non-emergency transportation or public transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
