- Manage and grow portfolio of strategic merchant accounts.

- Monitor payment KPIs and address performance issues proactively.

- 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in FinTech/Payments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and merchant lifecycle.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data and trends.
