Description
You will own the enablement experience for Hootsuite's global seller community, translating Go-To-Market strategy into programs, content, and skills that give sellers a competitive edge. This hands-on role measures impact through quota attainment, pipeline, and win rates.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying sales in B2B SaaS.
- Experience designing enablement programs with measurable impact on ramp time or quota attainment.
- Experience with AI-powered GTM tools like conversational intelligence and content generation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Command the Message, Challenger).
- Experience with Gong, Salesforce, LMS, and content management tools (e.g., Highspot).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, and competitive assets in partnership with Marketing.
- Translate GTM positioning into practical, repeatable training programs driving active pipeline.
- Build and manage a coaching cadence using AI conversation intelligence to identify skill gaps.
- Design and deliver enablement programs for product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Track enablement metrics tied to seller performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
