You'll provide Tier II support for corporate desktop/laptop infrastructure, handling hardware/software troubleshooting, system upgrades, and VPN connectivity. You'll be the go-to IT contact for a local office while collaborating with global teams. This role offers the chance to work with modern tools like Autopilot, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide Tier II support for desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Manage user rights and security settings at the desktop level
- Support VPN connectivity for remote users
- Assist with backup technologies and anti-virus solutions
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless
- Experience meeting IT needs of a local office including new hires and level II troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with remote teams
โจ Nice to Have
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications
- ServiceNow (SNOW) experience
