💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a team delivering AI-powered healthcare solutions to health system customers. You'll define scalable implementation frameworks and drive customer satisfaction and revenue impact in a fast-moving startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end implementation methodology from pre-sales to go-live
• Build and maintain implementation playbooks, templates, and tools
• Define and track KPIs for quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and product delivery

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare SaaS implementation or delivery leadership
• 2+ years at an early-stage venture-backed healthcare technology company (Seed through Series B)
• 2+ years of people management experience with implementation or customer-facing teams
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7)

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in healthcare consulting (Big 4, Oliver Wyman, etc.)
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Loom)
• Epic certifications or implementation experience
