You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and building a passionate team at a pop culture driven, civic minded retail brand. You'll help create buzz through social media and in-store promotions while running operations smoothly. You're Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker rolled into one, able to handle anything that comes your way.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote new products via social media, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.
• Manage shrink, payroll, scheduling, and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
