You'll lead high-priority GTM programs from strategy through execution at OpenAI. You'll drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. This role offers a chance to build scalable operating systems for a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-priority GTM initiatives including product launches and sales plays
• Build execution plans, manage risks, and drive cross-functional alignment
• Establish operating cadences, executive reporting, and decision forums
• Partner with GTM leadership to develop data-driven recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM strategy, operations, program management, or consulting
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate through ambiguity and drive outcomes with high ownership

• Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies
• Background building operating models or launch processes
