You'll support revenue recognition and billing operations for a fast-growing life science consulting firm. You'll ensure compliance with ASC 606 while collaborating with Sales and Project Management teams. This role offers fully remote flexibility and growth within a nationally recognized workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support application of ASC 606 guidance for consulting contracts.
• Review customer contracts and SOWs for billing terms.
• Prepare and review customer invoices for accuracy.
• Assist with AR reconciliations and month-end close activities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in revenue accounting or invoicing.
• Basic understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Strong Excel skills required.

• Big 4 or public accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience in life sciences industry.
