You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building strong relationships and driving mutual growth. You'll run regular check-ins, enablement sessions, and events, while actively generating and managing new leads.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (Sales, BD, or Account Management)
  • Experience working with partners
  • Knowledge or experience in payroll world (advantage)
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business trips
  • Training, coaching, and public speaking skills; growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and nurturing relationships
  • Drive partner engagement through webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits
  • Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks
  • Collaborate with partner teams to identify growth opportunities and contribute to ARR targets
  • Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, activity levels, and revenue impact
