Description
You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building strong relationships and driving mutual growth. You'll run regular check-ins, enablement sessions, and events, while actively generating and managing new leads.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (Sales, BD, or Account Management)
- Experience working with partners
- Knowledge or experience in payroll world (advantage)
- Willingness to travel frequently for business trips
- Training, coaching, and public speaking skills; growth mindset
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and nurturing relationships
- Drive partner engagement through webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits
- Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks
- Collaborate with partner teams to identify growth opportunities and contribute to ARR targets
- Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, activity levels, and revenue impact
