You'll join SpaceX's finance team to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for a rapidly growing workforce. You'll combine hands-on payroll expertise with strategic process improvement and SOX compliance in a mission-driven environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support SOX requirements for US payroll, including control documentation and testing
• Lead internal and external payroll audits as primary point of contact
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Assist with end-to-end weekly and biweekly payroll processing for US employees

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of professional experience in payroll

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UKG and Workday
• Knowledge of US GAAP and payroll accounting
• Experience supporting international payroll operations
