You'll provide first-line technical support to colleagues across the business through phone, email, chat, and desk-side assistance. You'll troubleshoot issues and manage support requests using FreshService to ensure seamless technology experiences. This entry-level role offers growth in a collaborative global environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide omni-channel support via phone, email, chat, remote, and desk-side.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using FreshService call logging.
- Manage personal and global queue to meet SLA targets.
- Escalate unresolved support queries to appropriate IT teams.
๐ Requirements
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-volume environment.
- Good working knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac OSX.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve end user incidents.
โจ Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation Certificate qualification.
- Accredited support qualifications.
