You'll provide first-line technical support to colleagues across the business through phone, email, chat, and desk-side assistance. You'll troubleshoot issues and manage support requests using FreshService to ensure seamless technology experiences. This entry-level role offers growth in a collaborative global environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide omni-channel support via phone, email, chat, remote, and desk-side.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using FreshService call logging.
  • Manage personal and global queue to meet SLA targets.
  • Escalate unresolved support queries to appropriate IT teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-volume environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac OSX.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve end user incidents.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • ITIL Foundation Certificate qualification.
  • Accredited support qualifications.
