You will engage with customers over the phone, solving problems and building lasting relationships. Represent BRUNT by ensuring customer needs are understood and expectations exceeded while meeting performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service role (retail, call-center, or remote)
- Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical proficiency with Shopify, Loop, Aircall, and Gorgias
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on phone, averaging 10 calls per hour
- Meet or exceed department SLAs (90% CSAT, 24hr response time)
- Improve customer support policies and procedures
- Become product expert in BRUNT's entire product portfolio
- Track customer feedback trends and share insights with organization
