You'll own complex support cases for DeepL's API and enterprise products, serving as the escalation point for issues involving authentication, provisioning, and integrations. Your work will directly connect customer needs with Engineering and Product teams to improve product reliability. This role stands out for its opportunity to mentor support specialists and drive automation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own complex escalations for API and enterprise customers from intake to resolution.
- Troubleshoot authentication flows, SCIM sync, and integration misconfigurations.
- Join customer video calls to investigate issues live with developers and administrators.
- Build playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in a highly technical support role at a SaaS organization.
- Strong API integration debugging skills using Postman, curl, and browser dev tools.
- Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra/Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
