Description

Complete your externship in a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic with thoughtful mentorship and exposure to a variety of cases. You'll participate in surgery and dental procedures, shadow appointments, and educate pet parents while working alongside veterinarians.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technician or veterinary nursing program
• Must be in a class requiring externship hours and/or skills
• Independent unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient care with support from veterinary assistants and remote nurse team
• Work side by side with veterinarians providing top-quality patient care
• Develop skills through insights and techniques for full scope of practice
• Use innovative technologies and new medical equipment
• Attend internal educational events provided by Medical Operations Team
