You'll lead analytics initiatives end-to-end, from requirement gathering to dashboard delivery, partnering with Product Managers to define KPIs. You'll drive BI infrastructure evolution at Wiz, building reusable models in dbt and BigQuery while leading AI-powered initiatives to redefine data discoverability. Own data observability and governance to deliver high-impact data products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end: requirement gathering to dashboard delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs and translate business needs into data models.
• Drive evolution of BI infrastructure building reusable models and standardized metrics.
• Lead AI-powered initiatives and automation to improve data discoverability and efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer in a product-driven tech company.
• Strong background in Data Analytics with proven ability to partner with Product teams.
• Expert-level SQL skills focusing on complex transformations and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, and building data products in Looker.

• Proficiency in Python for data processing or automation.
• Experience implementing AI or automation within BI processes.
• Previous experience in cybersecurity or cloud-native SaaS companies.
