• Ability to build and optimize complex estimates across diverse outputs
• Experience leading AI-first production workflows
• Global team management and vendor ecosystem curation
• Enterprise-level tech stack knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of AI tools and tech stacks into production pipeline
• Oversee end-to-end production across digital, experiential, live-action, and animation
• Manage global team and partner with content studio for scalability
• Serve as strategic client partner, contributing to growth and pitching
• Manage financial health, scoping, vendor contracts, and profitability
