Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Jamf, you will serve as the post-sale partner for customers using the Jamf platform to manage and secure Apple devices. You'll own the customer relationship, drive engagement and value realization, and collaborate with the account team to support retention and growth.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with complex needs
- Familiarity with Apple ecosystems (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) and enterprise IT workflows
- Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle, renewals, and customer health metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary post-sale point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level and operational relationships
- Lead strategic account reviews, health checks, and planning sessions
- Drive adoption and maturity of Jamf solutions
- Own and facilitate the full renewal process for CS-Owned accounts
