You will use your expertise in Caribbean English to train and evaluate large language models. Your work involves conversing with AI, verifying linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, identifying errors, and suggesting improvements to help build more culturally aware AI systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Linguistics, English, Literature, Translation, or related field
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work
• Deep knowledge of regional grammar, phonetics, syntax, idioms, and cultural references
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models in English on diverse topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
• Document model errors and failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge models on contextual interpretation, tone, and colloquial phrasing
