💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and ensure their success, while supporting daily operations and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product
