You'll perform routine maintenance and repairs on all local EquipmentShare buildings and grounds. Your work keeps our headquarters running smoothly and safely. You'll support miscellaneous facility projects like painting, drywall, and fixture installation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Assist with painting, drywall, carpentry, and fixture installation
• Conduct routine daily inspections of buildings and grounds
• Complete documentation for work performed

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of facilities maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Effective communication with management team
• Attention to detail and time management skills
