Description

In this role, you will leverage Cursor AI to automate and expand analytical capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reusable data products, and conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior and product performance to drive growth. You will guide and mentor other Product Analysts, promote evidence-based decision making, and communicate actionable insights across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in quantitative analysis, ideally 4+ years working with product teams
• Expert level SQL and Python for analysis and large data manipulation
• Expert knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience setting up and interpreting A/B experiments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

• Partner with Senior Product organisation to set strategic priorities
• Explore customer behaviour and product performance data to detect growth opportunities
