💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale the intelligence powering our Agent Enablement Platform, leading a hybrid team to design multi-agent systems that automatically generate and retrieve developer context. Your core impact will be delivering systems that interpret complex development environments and continuously improve agent effectiveness. This role balances hands-on Python orchestration with high-leverage leadership in a fast-growing Series A startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect multi-agent workflows and retrieval pipelines
• Design scalable context generation systems
• Optimize retrieval for quality, latency, and cost
• Build internal tooling for evaluation and inference

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years leading AI-focused teams
• Fluency in Python, Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, vector databases
• Experience with RAG and agentic workflows
