You'll provide clinical leadership and regulatory excellence to field nurses and therapists in a home health setting. You'll ensure accurate OASIS and HCHB workflows and compliance with Medicare standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and support field nurses and therapists
• Oversee OASIS and HCHB documentation workflows
• Review and manage care plans for compliance
• Lead onboarding and performance evaluations for staff

📋 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Home health field experience required
• Strong OASIS experience
