💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site technical support for a mixed-OS environment (80% Mac, 20% Windows) at our HQ. You'll own Tier-1 tickets, setup hardware, and assist with meeting support. This entry-level contract role offers hands-on IT experience in a dynamic company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site and remote end-user support for Mac and Windows systems.
  • Monitor and route IT tickets, resolving Tier-1 hardware and software issues.
  • Build and image new laptops and peripherals, upgrade legacy hardware.
  • Manage shipping/receiving of IT hardware and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with setup and support of company web conferencing meetings.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows 11.
  • Experience with Google Workspace/Google Apps for Business.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and PoE devices.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with JAMF (Mac) and MS Intune (Windows).
  • Experience with desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
