Requirements

• 14+ years in production, project management, or operations leadership in global agency
• Proven track record managing delivery for $20M+ revenue portfolios
• Experience architecting global operating models and standards
• Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives
• Fluency in collaborating with creative technologists and embedding AI into operations

Responsibilities

• Lead production and project management across disciplines and regions
• Monitor project health, mitigate risk, own escalations for execution breakdowns
• Push offerings toward productized, repeatable delivery models
• Define and enforce clear scopes of work to protect teams, timelines, and margin
• Drive AI adoption across delivery workflows from scoping to reporting
