💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the operating system for a modern power company, owning critical backend systems that coordinate distributed batteries. You'll make architectural decisions and drive engineering standards while working across the stack in Go and Python. Your software will directly control how power flows across the grid, interacting with the physical world under real constraints.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate core services for BaseOS
• Drive architecture and set engineering standards
• Develop workflow systems using Temporal for device control
• Own infrastructure as code with Terraform and AWS

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Go or similar backend language
• Experience building and operating distributed systems
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP and containerization

• Experience with IoT systems or real-time control systems
• Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Temporal)
• Experience with DevOps practices
