You'll be the senior technical anchor for our data science function at a product studio backed by a16z, shaping how we do data science and driving cross-functional data strategy. You'll own data strategy across the company, setting direction for experimentation and bringing analytical clarity to the biggest strategic bets. This role offers high leverage and visibility on a small team with millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own experimentation framework and standards across squads.
• Drive strategic opportunity sizing across the company.
• Own company-wide metric strategy and forecasting.
• Lead predictive modeling and ML work.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a data scientist
• SQL and Python fluency for system design and infrastructure
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments
• Expertise in predictive modeling and ML techniques
