You'll build and own the marketing function at an AI-driven healthcare data platform startup, reporting directly to the CEO. Your core impact will be shaping brand, content, conferences, and partnerships to position the company as THE platform for innovative health plans. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant ownership and autonomy.

  • Define brand positioning and visual identity standards
  • Build a content engine that earns credibility in healthcare
  • Own conference presence, speaking, and thought leadership
  • Develop co-marketing strategies with channel partners
  • Implement demand generation programs and marketing ops tools

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6-10 years of marketing experience with a focus on healthcare
  • Experience working with health plans and payers
  • Proven track record owning marketing end-to-end at an early-stage B2B company
  • Deep understanding of how health plans, TPAs, and payer organizations buy
