Description

You will build strong relationships with Pennsylvania state prison agencies, understanding their needs and guiding them to safely reduce incarceration. You'll deploy Recidiviz's data-driven products and work with cross-functional teams to achieve impact. This role requires frequent in-person meetings in Harrisburg and travel to prisons statewide.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Proven track record working with state governments, preferably Pennsylvania
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and building processes
• Proactive problem-solving and creative persistence
• Ability to navigate high-intensity prison environments
